We’ve designed the class in a way that helps you develop your own personal creative process and creative style; as well as create art that you find fulfilling and rewarding.
During the five week course you’ll explore a range of artistic techniques and concepts. We use acrylic paints and pencils, both coloured and graphite. We’ve divided each session into two halves; in the first half we collectively work on a concept or technique, in the second half you work on art of your choice.
To help you in developing your art style, we love it if you look for inspiration to use as a starting point in your artwork and bring it to the classes. You may find it in photographs, prints or magazines. We also have plenty of material available for you to use.
The course is suitable for people of all abilities. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner, haven’t painted for years, or never developed this side of your creativity; you’ll find this course gives you time and space to develop your skills. We have established a light relaxed social atmosphere, where you can enjoy a drink and work on something you’re really passionate about at the same time.
