Course Fee: Full Price £150 : Retiree Price £135 : Concession Price £110

We’ve limited the course to eight participants

Artists use marks and expressive qualities in many different ways. During this two day course we aim to free and liberate your attitude towards drawing so you can create a series of expressive and experimental drawings.

We’ll play with materials such as inks, graphite and bleach and techniques like piercing and frottage. You will create wonderful abstract marks and textures by working from personal objects. Not sure what objects to bring? Think of items that has an interesting surface and marks like jewellery, shells or natural forms.

By the end of the course we shall have produced some innovative mixed media experiments.

No matter what stage you are at in your artistic journey, you can join this Expressive Mark Making course. It is suitable for all levels of experience. It’s a great opportunity for you to have fun, explore your creativity and share ideas with other artists.
