Prints not only make ideal gifts for friends and family and cards, they are an excellent addition to your portfolio if you are preparing for art college.
This is a practical, hands-on course with some theory and lots of support from the tutor. At the end of it you will take home the handmade, original limited edition prints of your own art you have created. All you need to bring with you is an idea of what image you’d like to create. It can be anything: your pet, a family member, favourite landmark or memorable scene.
People with all levels of experience in printing and etching will enjoy the course as much as beginners. If you are a beginner, or just starting your printing journey, you will learn, develop and practice the skills you need to make your own prints. If you have some experience in printmaking, you’ll be able to work on your own projects.
We’ll provide all the materials you need to join us for our Printmaking for Beginners course.
