Join us for an Introduction to Mindfulness workshop led by Nelson David. If you have little or no experience of mindful meditation, you’ll find this workshop a great way to start.

You may already know that mindfulness techniques help relaxation and peace of mind and that the results can be truly amazing. If you know the benefits of mindfulness, come and join us. If you are new to mindfulness, you’ll find this session is a good introduction.
Workshop leader, Nelson David has 15 years experience of Vipassana Meditation. In recent years he has completed both the 8 week and year-long teacher training foundation course at the University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre. He leads regular mindfulness walks in the park.
