The physical benefits of Hatha Yoga include:

- building flexibility and strength
It is also good for stress management and has many calming qualities.
Joanne’s yoga classes are friendly and welcoming. The classes are mixed ability – from beginners through to practised yogis – and combine classical Hatha with elements of Yin Yoga.
Each class is 1hr 15 minutes and includes relaxation, breath work, asanas, and closes with restorative poses to leave you feeling mentally clear and physically refreshed and restored.
Joanne has been teaching in Ealing for 12 years and runs regular yoga retreats throughout the year.
