Calling all 7 to 11 year olds. Join our half term poetry workshop with acclaimed poet and published children’s author, Gita Ralleigh.

We provide all the materials for the workshop which focuses on Science Poems.
From reluctant rhymers to practiced poets, your children will love our fun and relaxed workshop. Over 90 minutes, budding writers will write and illustrate their own animal-themed poem and have a chance to perform in our SciPo Slam!
About Gita
Gita Ralleigh is a writer, poet and doctor born to Indian immigrant parents in London. She has an MA in Creative Writing with Distinction from Birkbeck, University of London and an MSc with Distinction in Medical Humanities from King’s College London. Currently she teaches Creative Writing to undergraduates at Imperial College, London.
