Why Digital Detox?
According to UC Berkley’s Greater Good Science Center, a digital detox is helpful for increasing present moment awareness, improving sleep, increasing productivity and learning, and breaking digital habits. People who have participated in digital detox evenings agree with these findings. They also emphasise the fun they had, the opportunities to meet new people and be creative.
Keep the creativity flowing!
