About the Tutor
Mel is a west London based illustration and lettering artist who promotes art for all. She delivers mindful workshops with a strong focus on nature.
As a six year old she was a prolific (unpublished) author and illustrator. And now, after experimenting with other creative outlets – ranging from photography to jewellery making, she’s back – illustrating and writing.
Over the last few years she’s spent time honing her artistic style – drawing on influences from talent such as Beatrix Potter, Oliver Jeffers, Chris Riddell and Sir Quentin Blake.
