This meditation and personal development class led by Joanne Sumner is exactly what you need.
You may need time out from a busy work life or from balancing the demands of work, home and family. Or you might be experiencing anxiety at the uncertainty we are all facing in a post-Covid world.
This class is both a meditation class and an ongoing personal development class. The sessions provide a safe, encouraging and supportive place to develop your self-understanding and mental well-being.
Learn to meditate from someone who has been meditating for more than 30 years.
Classes are 1hr 15mins and are suitable for beginners through to experienced meditators.
