Class Details
Experiment with mediums such as collage, clay, charcoal, paint and words, while enjoying meaningful conversations and meeting new people in a welcoming environment. All resources are provided.
These small-group, friendly workshops bring people together through playful (guided, rather than formally taught) creative experiences and conversation in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where:
- No experience is needed
- We don’t judge
- There is no pressure to be “good at art”
- You get plenty of encouragement, connection and inspiration

About Your Tutor
Jill Stanier has over 30 years of experience teaching children and adults in educational and training settings. She is experienced in drawing, painting, ceramics, stained glass making and printmaking.
Jill is passionate about breaking down barriers of communication within multi-generational and multi-cultural communities. She also works to eliminate feelings of isolation, which may come about at various stages of life e.g. maternity leave, moving to a new area, retirement, bereavement etc. She believes that by participating in group creative activities that stimulate engaging conversations, community, harmony and an improved quality of life can be attained. This is the mission of “A Fine Line”.
