How to find peace of mind: a workshop with Nelson David

How to find peace of mind? Finding peace of mind is always a challenge but especially so in these unpredictable and sometimes turbulent times.

During this workshop we explore how our brains react to stress, and learn that by using Mindfulness Meditation techniques we can ‘dial down’ some of our unhelpful reactivity.

Sunday 26 September

11am – 1.30pm (includes a short break)

Cost £20.00 per person

Finding peace of mind combines ancient and modern techniques. We use ancient Buddhist Meditation and modern Cognitive Behavioural Psychological insights. It is proven that by practising Mindfulness Meditation your well being improves. You will notice positive effects on both your mind and body.

By the end of the session you will notice that you feel calmer and will have learned techniques to slow down your racing thoughts and get rid of your negative feelings.

If you want to know how to find peace of mind, this workshop is ideal. You’ll learn tips to reduce stress or anxiety. You do not have to have any experience in meditation.
